Ensuring Health and Safety in the workplace is not merely an obligation arising from international standards and regulations. It is a strategic choice that reflects our corporate philosophy, implemented systematically and in accordance with internationally recognized best practices. Our goal of “Zero Accidents” remains one of the company’s highest priorities.

Management’s commitment to Occupational Health and Safety extends throughout every level of the organization and is demonstrated through this Policy, as well as through the provision of the necessary resources for the development, implementation, and continual improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

Management is committed to:

  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018, enabling the identification of existing and potential occupational health and safety hazards and the implementation of measures to eliminate, reduce, or control them.
  • Providing the necessary resources for the effective operation and continual improvement of the Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.
  • Providing and maintaining a healthy, safe, and suitable working environment for employees and all persons affected by the company’s activities, including customers, visitors, suppliers, contractors, business partners, and neighboring facilities.
  • Complying with all applicable legal, regulatory, and other Occupational Health & Safety requirements relevant to the company’s activities.
  • Eliminating hazards wherever feasible and reasonably practicable, while minimizing occupational health and safety risks.
  • Promoting continuous consultation and the active participation of employees and their representatives at all levels of the company’s organizational structure.
  • Providing employees with appropriate information, training, and awareness on both general and specific Occupational Health & Safety matters.
  • Ensuring that employees understand their responsibility to comply with the company’s Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.
  • Continuously monitoring, documenting, and evaluating Occupational Health & Safety performance in order to achieve continual improvement.

The Management Systems Representative is responsible for maintaining this policy and providing guidance and support during its implementation. The Occupational Health & Safety Policy established and implemented by the company is binding on all employees and business partners.

This policy has been approved by the company’s Management, is updated whenever changes occur in the company’s operating environment, and is reviewed as part of every Management System review.
